Fed. Circ. Clears GoToMeeting Maker In Pixion IP Fight

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 5:17 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a lower court's determination that GoToMeeting, the popular online conferencing software made by Citrix Systems Inc., doesn't infringe Pixion Inc. patents and that those patents are invalid.

In a one-sentence per curium order, the appeals court denied Pixion's appeal seeking to overturn U.S. District Judge Susan Illston's finding of noninfringement and invalidity.
