Agencies Issue Rule On ACA's 90-Day Insurance Wait Limit

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 9:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and a number of other federal agencies issued a proposed rule Tuesday, outlining how they plan to implement an Affordable Care Act provision limiting employer and other health plan waiting periods to 90 days.
