1st Circ. Affirms Chinese Exporters' Munitions Convictions

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 2:35 PM EDT) -- The First Circuit on Tuesday upheld the majority of the convictions of two Chinese nationals found guilty of violating export controls on sensitive electronics, but tossed out convictions on two counts of improperly exporting goods on the U.S. Munitions List.
