Ferring's Trade Secrets Claims Cut In $165M Patent Deal Row

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 5:45 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday slashed most claims from Ferring BV’s suit accusing two former employees of stealing urology drug trade secrets they used to apply for three patents later sold to Allergan Inc. in a deal worth up to $165 million, saying the claims were untimely.
