Phillips 66 Strikes Trio Of Deals To Expand Oil Transport

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 2:56 PM EDT) -- Oil pipeline company Phillips 66 Co. has struck deals with three major industry players to provide new transport services in North Dakota, Washington and Oklahoma for its crude fuels, helping to expand its North American business, according to a Wednesday statement.

A unit of Enbridge Energy Partners LP has signed on to provide railcar loading of Bakken Shale crude at its Berthold, N.D., terminal for three years, while Targa Resources Partners LP will unload crude oil from rails and load them onto barges in Tacoma, Wash.,...
