Enviros Ask USTR To Back Off India's Solar Rules

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 3:39 PM EDT) -- A coalition of environmental organizations including the Sierra Club and Greenpeace USA on Wednesday urged the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative to temper its challenge of India’s solar industry rules at the World Trade Organization, saying India should be free to support and build its domestic solar industry.
