Android Device Cos. Fight Claims They Boycotted NPEs

Law360, New York (March 21, 2013, 1:40 PM EDT) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and other Android device makers on Wednesday sought dismissal of an antitrust suit in California federal court, saying amended allegations that the companies conspired to refuse patent licenses from nonpracticing entities suffer from problems that doomed an earlier complaint.
