11th Circ. Blocks Insurers From Joining NCAA Antitrust Row

Law360, New York (March 21, 2013, 5:12 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday backed a Georgia court’s order refusing to allow four insurers to intervene in a California suit over coverage of antitrust class actions concerning The Collegiate Licensing Co.'s use of college athletes' likenesses in video games.
