FERC Says Transmission Planning Proposals Need Work

Law360, New York (March 21, 2013, 5:42 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday gave a partial thumbs-up to regional transmission operator and independent system operator plans to comply with a rule on transmission planning and cost allocation for public electricity transmission providers, but said the plans must be refined to ensure full compliance.
