Spray Foam Companies Fight MDL Bid As Litigation Heats Up

Law360, Miami (March 26, 2013, 5:18 PM EDT) -- Manufacturers and installers of spray polyurethane foam insulation are fighting a bid to consolidate class actions claiming the product causes personal injury and damage to homes, saying the cases are too different to warrant a multidistrict litigation and can be effectively tried separately.
