Sen. Pushes To Shield Exports From Climate Change Review

Law360, New York (March 21, 2013, 7:08 PM ET) -- A Republican lawmaker introduced an amendment to the Senate budget plan on Thursday morning that would prevent the federal government from using federal environmental law to block exports because of greenhouse gas emissions produced after the products leave the United States.
