Sen. Wants EPA Info On Renewable Fuel Credits

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 6:35 PM EDT) -- The Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee's chairman on Friday waded into the battle between the petroleum and ethanol industries over the government's biofuel policies, urging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to provide data that would explain soaring prices for renewable fuel credits.
