Sabre Keeps Flight Ticketing Pleadings Under Wraps

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 10:59 PM EDT) -- American Airlines Inc. and travel technology firm Sabre Inc. on Thursday kept the the seal on certain pleadings they'd made in their antitrust dispute over ticketing services — pleadings that, according to two airline trade associations, detailed Sabre's anti-competitive ticketing practices.
