Fed. Circ. Seems Likely To Revive Plantronics' Earbud IP Suit

Law360, Washington (April 2, 2013, 3:59 PM EDT) -- During oral arguments Tuesday, a Federal Circuit panel questioned a lower court's decision to narrow Plantronics Inc.'s Bluetooth earbud patents and toss its infringement suit against rival electronics company Aliph Inc. before trial, suggesting it might revive the case.
