Dow Can't Duck $400M Antitrust Verdict, Urethane Buyers Say

Law360, New York (March 25, 2013, 10:20 PM EDT) -- Urethane foam buyers who won a $400 million antitrust verdict against The Dow Chemical Co. struck back Friday against the company's effort to overturn the award in federal court in Kansas, saying ample evidence of collusion between Dow and other manufacturers had been shown to jurors.
