Nev. High Court Lets Developer Off Hook For $2M Indemnity

Law360, Los Angeles (March 23, 2013, 12:54 AM EDT) -- The Supreme Court of Nevada said Friday that a developer doesn’t have to turn over nearly $2 million to his former partner in the development of a Starwood W Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, finding he hadn’t agreed to indemnify his partner against litigation related to the aborted project.
