9th Circ. Limits Sanctions To Alioto In Southwest Merger Case

Law360, New York (March 25, 2013, 5:19 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Thursday narrowed a sanctions order to hold only Joseph M. Alioto and his law firm liable for Southwest Airlines Co.'s attorneys' fees in a proposed antitrust class action challenging the airline's $1.4 billion merger with AirTran Holdings Inc.
