Pa. Justices Greenlight Redevelopment Of Philly Parkland

Law360, Philadelphia (March 25, 2013, 5:10 PM EDT) -- Plans to develop a 40-acre parcel of parkland in suburban Philadelphia took a step forward Thursday after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal of a decision finding, in part, that only the state could challenge the sale of parkland acquired with dedicated open-space funding.
