Primary Health Gets $9.6M In Hudson Coverage Row

Law360, New York (March 25, 2013, 8:02 PM EDT) -- An Idaho state jury on Thursday awarded health care provider Primary Health Inc. $9.65 million for its bad faith claims in a dispute with Hudson Insurance Co. and TIG Insurance Co. over coverage for litigation with the family of a woman who died under the company’s care.
