House Rep. Targets ACA Exchange Forms' Voter Registration

Law360, New York (March 25, 2013, 7:43 PM ET) -- The chairman of a House subcommittee on Monday questioned why the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services included an opportunity to register to vote in draft applications to buy health insurance on the Affordable Care Act's exchanges, suggesting the inclusion might be nefarious or lead to voter fraud.
