GOP Lawmakers Want SEC Accounting Of Gabelli Costs

Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 2:07 PM EDT) -- House Republican leaders on Friday blasted the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's unsuccessful attempt to buy more time to file enforcement actions in its Gabelli v. SEC case that went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, and demanded an accounting of the time and money spent on the matter.
