Shell Approved For China's First Shale Gas Sharing Deal

Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 4:25 PM EDT) -- Chinese regulators have approved the country's first shale gas production sharing contract with a foreign company for a Royal Dutch Shell Plc unit that will work with state-owned joint venture partner China National Petroleum Corp, Shell confirmed to Law360 Tuesday.
