Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 9:00 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday vacated almost all of a $12.9 million damages award against Fairchild Semiconductor Corp. in a suit over Power Integrations Inc. mobile phone charger patents, ruling that Fairchild could not be held liable for sales that took place outside the U.S.
