CORRECTED: Production Co.'s Talent Agency Suit Frivolous, Judge Says

Law360, Los Angeles (March 27, 2013, 5:08 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Wednesday tossed a production company's $2.5 million lawsuit alleging Paradigm Talent Agency and its law firm maliciously prosecuted it by bringing an arbitration case against it for unpaid commissions, ruling it can't bring such claims while the arbitration is still pending.
