Vt. High Court Won't Shutter Entergy Plant Over Permit Lapse

Law360, New York (March 27, 2013, 2:22 PM EDT) -- The Vermont Supreme Court on Monday denied a nuclear power safety advocacy group’s bid to shut down Entergy Corp.’s Vermont Yankee nuclear power plant for operating without a permit, saying the group hadn’t shown it had pursued other available solutions before filing for an injunction.
