Big M Creditors Balk At Lowenstein Sandler Fee Request

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 1:30 PM ET) -- Creditors for bankrupt clothing retailer Big M Inc. said Wednesday they had “serious concerns” about the $400,000 legal fees racked up early in the Chapter 11 process by debtor counsel Lowenstein Sandler LLP, saying it was more than double what the New Jersey-based company had budgeted.
