Drone Privacy Bill Heads To Fla. Senate Floor

Law360, Miami (March 28, 2013, 8:15 PM EDT) -- A bill in the Florida Senate to protect privacy rights by restricting law enforcement and other state agencies' use of drones to gather evidence continued its fast progress toward the chamber floor after the Appropriations Committee passed it unanimously Thursday.
