Nixon Peabody Remains In Scandal-Plagued City’s Crosshairs

Law360, Los Angeles (March 28, 2013, 4:17 PM EDT) -- Nixon Peabody LLP lost a bid Thursday to escape from a malpractice suit over its representation of the scandal-wracked city of Bell, Calif., in a $35 million bond deal, when a judge ruled the city did not wait too long to file the case.
