Fla. Senate Panel OKs Tax Credit Cut Over Insurers' Pleas

Law360, Miami (March 28, 2013, 10:31 PM EDT) -- The insurance industry was out in force Thursday to ask the Florida Senate Appropriations Committee to reconsider eliminating more than $200 million in tax credits with a bill that would reclaim them to offset a reduction in annual vehicle registration fees for state residents.
