DC Circ. Resurrects DOJ Job Applicants' Privacy Suit

Circuit on Friday revived a suit accusing the U.S. Department of Justice of violating federal privacy law by collecting and then destroying records about the political leanings of two former applicants to a DOJ honors program, ruling the government had a duty to preserve the documents.
