Versata Sues USPTO Over Definition Of Biz Method Patent

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 4:12 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is using too broad a definition of a business method patent when deciding which patents to scrutinize under a new America Invents Act program, Versata Software Inc. claims in a suit recently filed against the agency.
