Louisiana-Pacific Can't Reverse Class Cert. In Siding Suit

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 4:44 PM EDT) -- A North Carolina judge on Thursday refused to decertify a long-running class action over alleged defects in Louisiana-Pacific Corp.’s TrimBoard exterior siding products, saying the plaintiffs’ warranty claims do not require consideration of individual causation and damages issues.

Judge Terrence W.
