Alliant Plan Asks 7th Circ. To Ax $18.7M ERISA Judgment

Law360, Chicago (April 3, 2013, 2:52 PM EDT) -- A lawyer for an Alliant Energy Corp. pension plan asked the Seventh Circuit on Wednesday to overturn a lower court's ruling that ordered the plan to shell out roughly $18.7 million to two certified subclasses of participants after it retroactively amended their interest credit rate.
