K&L Gates Jumps Into Delaware With Potter Anderson Hires

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 7:16 PM EDT) -- K&L Gates LLP has jumped into Delaware's corporate practice market with four lateral hires from Wilmington stalwart Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, the firm announced Monday.

Scott E. Waxman, who founded and led Potter Anderson’s structured finance and alternative entity practice, will lead the Wilmington office, the firm said. Also joining from Potter Anderson are former hiring partner Eric N. Feldman, Christina M. Houston and Nicholas I. Froio, former vice chairman of the firm's business group.
