Dominion Moves Ahead On $3.8B LNG Export Project

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 4:59 PM EDT) -- Dominion Resources Inc. said Monday that it was moving forward on a planned $3.8 billion natural gas liquefaction project in Maryland, inking service agreements with Japanese firm Sumitomo Corp. and Indian company GAIL Ltd., and formally asking the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to approve the project.
