Costner’s ‘Robin Hood’ Suit Steals From The Poor: Film Co.

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 2:54 PM EDT) -- Morgan Creek Production Inc. on Friday sued actor Kevin Costner in New York bankruptcy court looking to halt a California lawsuit he launched against the studio over profits from "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves,” saying the estate of the company’s bankrupt partner couldn’t afford the California litigation.
