Trade Secret Claims Bite Back In Semiconductor Suit

Law360, New York (December 20, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A former employee of Control Systemation Inc. who is accusing the semiconductor testing company of stealing his trade secrets and unfairly patenting a device he created now faces claims that he has admitted to infringing the same patent through his lawsuit.

Control Systemation, which is also known as Control Laser Corp., amended its counterclaim on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida against Controlled Semiconductor Inc. and its founder Jon Heyl.
