US Drops Appeal Of Raytheon Win In $25M Pension Dispute

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 6:45 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday dismissed a case over the Defense Contract Audit Agency's demand for $25 million in allegedly overbilled contractor pension costs from Raytheon Co., after the government dropped its appeal of a lower court decision finding that its claims had expired.
