SEC Support For Social Media Posts Has Attys Chirping

Law360, New York (April 2, 2013, 8:54 PM EDT) -- By adopting a policy that gives companies broad leeway to use social media to reveal market-moving information, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday calmed the nerves of corporate attorneys who had feared a crackdown on Facebook and Twitter posts.
