DePuy Hip Developer Says He Wouldn't Use Implant

Law360, Chicago (April 2, 2013, 6:23 PM EDT) -- An orthopedic surgeon who helped Johnson & Johnson subsidiary DePuy Inc. develop its ASR metal hip implants testified Tuesday that he believed the design process for the products had been thorough, but that he would not implant the ASR XL today.
