Tyson Workers Can't Get New Trial In Don-Doff Wage Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (April 2, 2013, 7:09 PM EDT) -- An Iowa federal judge on Tuesday upheld a jury verdict in favor of Tyson Foods Inc. in a class action alleging the meat processor didn’t pay employees for time spent donning and doffing clothing and personal protective gear and other required tasks, rejecting workers’ bid for a new trial.
