EEOC Loses Jury Trial In Sex Harassment Case

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 1:39 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal jury on Wednesday rejected a suit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of Evans Fruit Co. Inc. workers accusing the apple producer of subjecting female employees to a culture of unwanted sexual advances.
