Swiss Contractor Loses $3.3B Military Food Protest in GAO

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Supreme Foodservice GmbH failed to convince the U.S. Government Accountability Office that a competitor misrepresented its ability to perform a $3.3 billion contract to deliver food to U.S. troops in Afghanistan, losing its latest effort to retain work it had previously performed, according to a decision published Wednesday.
