NLRB Dodges DC Circ.'s Reach In LabCorp. Union Suit

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 3:17 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Thursday granted the National Labor Relations Board’s bid to transfer to New Jersey federal court Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings’ case asserting the NLRB lacks a quorum to act, removing the suit from the jurisdiction of the D.C. Circuit, which invalidated three NLRB recess appointments.
