KBR Challenges Army's Firm $500M Iraq Closeout Deal

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 4:39 PM EDT) -- KBR Inc., the former Halliburton subsidiary that was the U.S. Department of Defense’s go-to contractor for logistics support during the Iraq War, sued the Pentagon on Thursday in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, protesting its plan to close out its massive Iraq contract with a fixed-price $500 million deal.
