Inc., a company expected to fetch about $2 billion, sources told Reuters on Friday. In the coming weeks, Bain Capital LLC, Advent International Corp., CVC Capital Partners, Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC and Ares Management LLC will sit down with Yankee management to discuss prospective terms. A sale to one of the contenders would lift ownership from another investment house, Madison Dearborn Partners LLC, which plunked down $1.6 billion for the candlemaker in 2006....
