Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 7:25 PM ET) -- When Gina McCarthy, the president's nominee to head the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, goes before Congress on Thursday, she will face tough questions regarding her support of aggressive climate change regulation and her refusal to reveal the science behind some of her rulemaking, but experts still expect the seasoned official to sail on to confirmation.
