Ex-FINRA Worker Seeks $25M In Age Discrimination Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (April 5, 2013, 8:53 PM EDT) -- A former Financial Industry Regulatory Authority employee sued the securities regulator for at least $25 million in New York federal court on Friday, saying it violated age discrimination and labor laws when it fired him after he reported flaws in its risk rating system.
