Coughlin Stoia Cashes In On Cardinal Case

Law360, New York (January 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has awarded Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP more than $107 million in fees and $2.25 million in expenses for serving as the lead counsel for the plaintiffs in a securities class action against Cardinal Health Inc.

In a decision Monday, Judge Algenon L. Marbley of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio agreed to the payment, which was about 24% of the $600 million settlement the firm had requested.
