4 Ex-Lufthansa Execs Charged In Latin America Bribe Scheme

Law360, San Diego (April 5, 2013, 10:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice unsealed charges Friday against four former executives of a U.S.-based unit of aircraft maintenance company Lufthansa Technik AG, alleging they took part in a scheme to pay bribes to government officials in Latin America.
